Cheesy Mushroom Boboli

Yield: 8 slices

Preparation Time: 15 minutes; Baking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Mazola Corn Oil

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 pouch (5 oz.) Boboli Pizza Sauce

1 12" Boboli Pizza Crust or 4 6" Boboli Pizza Crusts

1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

4 sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips

Directions:

Heat oven to 450 F. Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender. Spread sauce on pizza crust. Layer with mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes.
