Chicken Salad Salsa Wraps

Yield: 6 servings

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup mild thick and chunky salsa

3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced or shredded

6 flour tortillas

Shredded lettuce

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and salsa.

Stir in chicken. (Refrigerate if not serving right away.)

Divide filling between tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce. Fold or roll tortillas to enclose filling.
