Ingredients

1 pkg. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

40 Ritz crackers

Directions:

Cut cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices; cut slices in half diagonally. Dip cheese into egg; coat with bread crumbs. Place on crackers; place crackers on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted. Serve hot.
