Moon Rock Cookies

TRIPLE chocolate cookies!

Yield: Makes 5 dozen cookies

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix with flavoring packet

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chips

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and flavoring packet, eggs, oil, and water just until blended. Stir in semisweet and white chocolate chips and the walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes until firm. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
