Onion Mashed Potatoes

Yield: Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets, Onion Soup Mix

6 all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut up (about 3 lbs.)

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup margarine

Directions:

1. In 4-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil. 2. Simmer 20 minutes or until very tender; drain. 3. Mash potatoes; stir in remaining ingredients.
