2 Tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

2 teaspoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce

1 medium tart apple, cut into thin wedges and halved

3 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes

1/2 cup halved seedless green grapes

1/2 cup (2 oz.) coarsely chopped walnuts

1 cup (4 oz.) 3 cheese cheddar blend

Directions:
