Buffalo Chicken Dip
From Game Day to parties and everything in between, this Buffalo Chicken dip will show friends and family you came to play with this cheesy app!

Essential Everyday buffalo wing sauce

shredded rotisserie chicken
|
|
|

Essential Everyday shredded cheddar cheese, divided

|
|
|
sour cream for topping
|
|
|
|

|
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and saute for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add in cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
Stir in blue cheese and buffalo sauce, then add in shredded chicken and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring well to combine.
Transfer to an oval baking dish, then top generously with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Pipe football laces on top of the dip with sour cream (optional).
