Golden Granola with Mixed Fruit

3 1/2 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup (5 1/3 tablespoons) margarine or butter, melted

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup diced dried mixed fruit or raisins

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except fruit in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; mix well. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Stir in fruit. Serve as a snack, cereal or topping over yogurt. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
