Cashew Butter Red Velvet Smoothie

Ingredients

1 medium beet, peeled and cut into chunks (about 3/4 cup)

1/2 cup Woodstock Organic Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries

1 medium banana, frozen and cut into chunks

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup preferred unsweetened nondairy milk

2 tablespoons Woodstock Unsalted Cashew Butter

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch fine sea salt

Directions:

In a blender combine beet, cherries, banana, orange juice, milk, cashew butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Blend until completely smooth.
