Avocado Kale Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

2 cups Woodstock Frozen Chopped Kale

2 cups unsweetened beverage style coconut milk

1 1/2 cups Woodstock Frozen Avocado

1 1/2 cups Woodstock Frozen Pineapple Chunks

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup, plus more for garnish

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Directions:

In a blender combine kale and coconut milk and blend until completely smooth.

Add avocado, pineapple, and honey or agave and blend again until smooth.

Place a little honey or agave on a small plate and dip the rims of 2 tall glasses in it.

Rim the glasses with chia seeds.

Pour smoothie into glasses or bowls and garnish with blueberries and your favorite toppings.
