Elegant Puffed Broccoli
Yield: Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients

broccoli, cut into spears or 2 10-oz. packages frozen broccoli spears, cooked,

egg whites, at room temperature

salt

|
|
| 1/2 |

shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)

Hellmann's Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
|

|
Directions:
Arrange hot cooked broccoli in shallow 1 1/2-quart pan or broiler proof serving dish. In small bowl with mixer at high speed beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold in cheese and mayonnaise; spoon evenly over broccoli. Broil 6 inches from source of heat 4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
