Yield: Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

1 can (4-1/2 oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham

2 English muffins, split, toasted

4 eggs, poached

4 slices your favorite cheese

Directions:

Spread deviled ham on each muffin half; top with poached egg. Lay cheese slice over each muffin. Broil 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
