Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients

2 green apples

2 bulbs fresh fennel, sliced thin

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Add To

Directions:

Julienne slice the apple and fennel. Combine with mayonnaise to create coleslaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
