Peach Tomato Salsa
Fresh ingredients make this salsa burst with flavor!
Yield: About 3 cups
Ingredients

(about 2) ripe peaches, peeled and diced

jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (see note)

sweet onion, diced

fresh cilantro, minced
|
|

salt

|

balsamic vinegar

|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Note:
