Fire and Ice - Grades K-8
What happens when things get really hot or really cold? This audience-participation game show pits the Fire Team against the Ice Team in a collection of exciting and explosive visual demonstrations. Students learn about combustion and the fire triangle, then see what happens when things are frozen at 320 degrees below zero in liquid nitrogen. For grades K–8.
Fracture Physics - Grades 1-8
Includes interactive demonstrations like shattering panes of automotive glass, standing on light bulbs, and martial-arts board breaking. Plus, you’ll hear from glass artisans and real scientists working at the cutting edge of glass research today.
Great Color Caper - Grades 1-8
In the Great Color Caper, help solve the mystery of the missing colors as you learn about the nature of light, how colors are derived from light and pigments, and how we see and perceive them. Join local scientists from PPG Industries in this fast-paced adventure.

Zap and zing! This electrifying assembly shows how power is created and sent on its way to our homes, schools, and businesses. See a light bulb magically glow without any plugs and have a hair-raising experience on our Van de Graff generator.
Wild Weather Adventure - Grades K-8
This multi-player, life-size board game brings the weather indoors! Explore tornadoes, air pressure, lightning, and other weather phenomena. Test your knowledge about the air around you as we pit one team against another for a highly interactive weather adventure.
Fasten Your Seatbelts - Grade K-6
Come along for the ride! Science demonstrations transport you across land, in the air, and into space! We’ll really heat things up when we show you how a steam engine works and demonstrate combustion! Learn about automotive safety, see how transportation technologies have changed over time, and imagine what might be coming next. For grades K–6
