Customers Can Earn Double Pump Perks Discounts

Pittsburgh, Pa – October 8, 2008- As fuel prices continue to rise, SHOP 'n SAVE will do its part to help ease the 'pain at the pump' for its customers by offering double fuel incentives. The grocer has just launched a gift card program for retail-favorites like Home Depot, Macy's and Best Buy, and for a limited time, for every $50 spent on gift cards, SHOP 'n SAVE customers can earn 20 cents off per gallon of gas at participating Sunoco stations.

The new SHOP 'n SAVE gift card program allows customers to earn savings at the gas pump just by purchasing gift cards and using them towards everyday purchases for food, entertainment, home improvements and fashion, all the while, earning double valuable Pump Perks.

The gift cards are sold in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and can be redeemed at over 100 participating electronic and department stores, family restaurants, entertainment venues and home improvement stores.
