Cook sausage thoroughly. Drain grase and blot with paper towels. Cook noodles according to directions on package. In casserole, alternate layers of sauerkraut, noodles and sausage until casserole is full. Sprinkle a layer of sausage on top. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for 3.5 hours. Keep moist with water or sauerkraut juice.
