In cup of blender of food processor, puree chutney with water, lemon juice and mustard. Pour into bowl. Place chops on grill and cook over high heat in covered grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Baste with chutney glaze and continue cooking, turning once and basting, for 5 minutes. Check for doneness and continue cooking if desired.
Chops are basted only last 5 minutes of cooking so that chutney glaze doesn't burn.
