Directions:
In a fry pan, heat oil. Over moderate heat, cook onion and garlic until soft, not browned. Stir in oregano, basil, pepper and tomato sauce. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes. With a brush, baste on burgers, and other meats.
Ranch baste for BBQ's.
