Wine-Steamed Mussels

Wine-Steamed Mussels

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup dry white wine
1 small onion, chopped 
1 garlic clove, minced 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 lbs fresh mussels, cleaned and drained 
aluminum foil

Directions:

Place wine onion, garlic, lemon juice and parsley in 2-3 inch deep metal cooking pan. Place mussels in pan and wrap tightly in a double layer of aluminum foil. Place wrapped mussels on grill above medium high heat. Cover grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until wine comes to a boil and mussels open.

Delicious and tender.
