Isreali CousCous Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 lb bag of Israeli cous cous
1/2 medium sized white onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
4 scallions
garlic if you like
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Chopped all ingredients finely.
Boil water and cook the cous cous.
Strain cous cous and added to vegetables. Add olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix and let cool in the fridge for a couple hours.

A nice fresh salad.
