Clean mushrooms and dice in small pieces. Melt butter in skillet add mushrooms, accent, salt and flour. Stir and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on low heat. Add half and half cream, lemon juice and minced onions. Stir well and remove from heat. Let mixture cool. While mixture is cooling, remove crusts from bread and put in a stack. After mixture cools, take tablespoon and put in slice of bread, roll bread up and put in wax paper. Keep repeating this procedure until you have approximately 5-6 rolls in wax paper. Close ends and continue until all mixture and bread have been used. Put in freezer for at least 24 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove mushrooms from freezer. Melt butter in saucepan. Take rolled mushrooms and roll in butter. Slice in thirds (remember it will be frozen). Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes on cookie sheet. Serve immediately.
